Simply reach out through our website or via WhatsApp (you can include photos/videos). Share your property size and the service you need, and Velto Clean will prepare a clear, no-obligation quote via WhatsApp.

All bookings with Velto Clean are secured online through Stripe (credit/debit card) or PayNow through stripe. This makes the process fast, safe, and confirmed instantly.

Yes — here’s a quick checklist to help Velto Clean serve you smoothly:
• Ensure renovation or touch-up works are fully completed.
• Remove small personal items and fragile belongings where possible.
• Store valuables securely.
• Let us know in advance about large or heavy furniture.
• Arrange parking or access permits if required.
• For post-renovation jobs, book cleaning before bulky furniture arrives so we can reach every corner.

Each service comes with its own checklist. For example, Velto Clean’s post-renovation cleaning covers floors, fixtures, walls, and built-ins, while upholstery or floor deep cleaning focuses on targeted treatments. We’ll always share the scope with you before the job begins.

To guarantee smooth scheduling, Velto Clean kindly asks for at least 7 days’ notice if you need to reschedule. This allows us to reserve the right team and equipment for your job.
If something urgent comes up within this window, we’ll always try to help — but a small fee may apply to cover resources already allocated.

Because Velto Clean reserves teams and equipment in advance, payments are non-refundable.
In exceptional cases, if you’re unable to proceed, we may — at our discretion — offer a credit toward a future booking. This way, your payment is never wasted and you can still enjoy our services at a later date.

Yes — you can add specialised services to maximise results in a single visit:
• End of Tenancy / Spring / Move-in / Move-out Cleaning → Add Deep Cleaning (floor steaming and machine scrubbing) for an extra level of hygiene and presentation.
• Post-Renovation Cleaning → Add Deep Cleaning to remove stubborn residues, or Formaldehyde Removal to ensure safe indoor air after works.
Just let us know in advance so we can reserve the right equipment and team.

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead, especially during peak periods, to secure your preferred slot.

Yes. Velto Clean can include light external cleaning such as balconies, patios, and outdoor tiled areas. Please mention this when booking so we can confirm scope and time required.

Yes. Every service follows a detailed checklist, and Velto Clean’s team leader will walk you through the results at handover. If you can’t be present, we can provide photos upon request for your peace of mind.

No problem. You can leave a key or grant access through your security/concierge. Just let Velto Clean know in advance so we can coordinate smoothly and start on time.

Velto Clean can shift light and movable items where needed. However, very heavy or delicate fixtures (such as pianos, aquariums, or oversized wardrobes) will remain in place for safety reasons. Our team will clean around them as best as possible.

To ensure smooth operations, please make sure our team has access to parking and loading/unloading areas at your property. Any excessive parking fees or entry permits, if required, are the client’s responsibility.

During Cleaning

Timing depends on the type of service and the size of your space:
• Most jobs take 3–6 hours depending on size and condition.
• Velto Clean assigns 2–6 cleaners depending on requirement and availability.
• We work efficiently to minimise disruption while ensuring thorough results.

You’re welcome to be home, but most clients find it easiest to let Velto Clean’s team work independently. We’ll keep you updated and invite you for the final handover.

Yes. Velto Clean only uses eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning solutions that are safe for families, little ones, and pets.

After Cleaning

Your satisfaction is important to us. At the end of each session, Velto Clean’s team will walk you through the completed work and handle any concerns on the spot. If you can’t be present, the job will be considered complete once finished — but we always encourage attending the handover for peace of mind.

End of Tenancy | Spring | Move-in / Move-out Cleaning

Velto Clean can clean sofas, armchairs, mattresses, ottomans, dining chairs, and most upholstered furniture. Delicate fabrics like silk or velvet may need extra care, and we’ll assess before starting.

Yes — Velto Clean’s process is safe for most fabrics. For delicate pieces, we adjust our methods to protect them.

While some permanent stains may not fully lift, Velto Clean’s 170°C steam process is highly effective at removing dirt, grime, and bacteria — leaving your furniture refreshed and sanitised.

Yes. Velto Clean’s end-of-tenancy cleaning is designed to meet landlord and agent expectations, reducing disputes over cleanliness. Upholstery and carpet steaming add extra assurance of hygiene and presentation.

Please remove personal belongings and fragile items beforehand. Our team can clean around and under accessible furniture. For large or heavy pieces, let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Post-Renovation Cleaning

Contractors usually do only a basic sweep and wipe. Velto Clean’s post-renovation service is far more detailed — removing fine dust, debris, and residues that linger long after works are done. It ensures your home is truly safe, fresh, and move-in ready.

Velto Clean covers floors, fixtures, carpentry, internal windows, walls, and built-ins. Harsh chemicals are avoided to protect your finishes. While general stains are treated, complete removal depends on the surface and stain type.

Book the service only once renovation is fully completed and contractors have left. For best results, arrange cleaning before moving in large furniture.

Velto Clean clears fine dust and renovation debris as part of the service. However, disposal of bulky construction waste (e.g., bags of cement, timber, or tiles) should be handled by your contractor.

We do our best to remove surface stains using safe methods. Some cured paint, silicone, or cement marks may be permanent or require specialised treatment beyond standard cleaning.

Renovations can leave harmful particles and VOCs in the air. Velto Clean’s detailed cleaning removes dust buildup, and you may add our Formaldehyde Removal treatment for complete indoor air safety.

Yes — Velto Clean wipes and vacuums the inside of cabinets, drawers, and built-ins to remove dust and sawdust, provided they are empty.

Deep Cleaning

Velto Clean’s deep cleaning service goes beyond regular cleaning. It targets hidden dirt, grease, and buildup in hard-to-reach areas. For floors, we use high-temperature steamers and professional scrubbing machines to thoroughly clean and sanitise surfaces.

Steam cleaning uses high-temperature steam (up to 170°C) to loosen grime, kill bacteria, and sanitise floors without harsh chemicals.

Velto Clean’s professional scrubbing machines use counter-rotating brushes with controlled pressure and water flow to deep clean floors. This lifts dirt from textured surfaces, grout lines, and uneven flooring — restoring cleanliness and shine more effectively than manual mopping.

• Suitable: Tiles, vinyl, marble, granite, terrazzo, sealed wood, and most sealed hard floors.
• Not recommended: Unsealed wood, delicate natural stone, or moisture-sensitive flooring. Our team will assess your floors before starting.

Sealing creates a protective layer that guards against scratches, stains, and everyday wear.

A protective coating strengthens durability, enhances the floor’s appearance, and makes routine cleaning much easier.

Yes. Velto Clean’s cleaners are trained to match the right equipment and method to each floor type.

Most floors dry within 30–90 minutes. We recommend keeping windows open or fans on for faster drying.

Machine scrubbing and steam cleaning can remove most dirt, grime, and surface stains. However, permanent damage such as chemical burns or discolouration may not be fully reversible.

We suggest clearing movable furniture so we can access the entire floor. Our team can clean safely around heavy or fixed items.

Formaldehyde Removal

Velto Clean’s formaldehyde treatment makes your indoor air safe within hours, lasts up to 5 years, and is safe for kids, pets, and allergy-sensitive individuals. You can move in right after.

Typically 3–5 hours, depending on area size and concentration. At handover, Velto Clean confirms the air is within safe levels.

Absolutely. Velto Clean only uses certified non-toxic solutions.

For the first week, keep airflow moving — open windows slightly when possible and allow some ventilation each day.

Not required. If you prefer, surfaces can be wiped down with water after three days.
