At Velto Clean, we start off on the right foot - please review our policies below and let us know if you have any queries we can help answer.

• Booking Made Easy — Share photos or video via WhatsApp → we scope & quote → Stripe payment secures your dedicated team and reserved equipment, locking in your slot with certainty.

• Flexible Reschedule — One free reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice. Changes within 7 days, or additional reschedules, may incur a fee.

• Cancellations / Refunds — Payments are strictly non-refundable. In exceptional cases, a credit toward a future slot may be offered at our discretion.

• On-Site Readiness — Please ensure water, power, and safe access (lift/parking where applicable) so our team can work efficiently.

• Safety First — We don’t take risks with unsafe high-access or sealed glazing work, ensuring safety for both you and our cleaners.

• Satisfaction Guaranteed — Our supervisors check the work with you before leaving; any issues are fixed on-site wherever possible.
