Velto Clean – Terms & Conditions

  1. General
  • These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern all cleaning and related services provided by Velto Clean (“we”, “us”, “our”).
  • By booking and making payment, you (“client”, “customer”) agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
  1. Services Provided
  • Services will be carried out as agreed during booking (e.g., post-renovation cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, spring cleaning, deep cleaning).
  • Our cleaners will perform work to professional standards, but outcomes may vary depending on property condition, surface type, or prior maintenance.
  • Certain tasks are not included unless explicitly agreed (e.g., pest control, structural repairs, moving heavy furniture).
  1. Booking & Payment
  • Full payment is required before confirmation of any job.
  • Only upon receipt of full payment will we schedule our teams and reserve equipment.
  • Bookings without payment are not considered confirmed.
  • We accept payment via Stripe, PayNow, or other approved methods listed on our website.
  1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Once confirmed, bookings are strictly non-refundable.
  • Customers are entitled to one free reschedule, provided at least 7 days’ notice is given before the scheduled cleaning date.
  • Any subsequent rescheduling may be subject to additional charges.
  • Velto Clean reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, staff illness, or operational issues).
  1. Customer Responsibilities
  • Ensure safe access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • Provide basic utilities (electricity, water) required for cleaning.
  • Remove valuables, fragile items, or obstructions from areas to be cleaned.
  • Inform us in advance of any known hazards or special surface requirements.
  1. Liability & Limitations
  • While all reasonable care will be taken, Velto Clean shall not be held liable for:
    • Pre-existing damage, wear-and-tear, or hidden defects.
    • Discoloration, damage, or stains that cannot be removed due to age, material limitations, or prior improper care.
    • Loss or damage to items not properly secured or stored by the client.
  • Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
  1. Health & Safety
  • Our staff are trained in safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse work in unsafe, hazardous, or abusive environments.
  • Customers must not request unsafe, illegal, or unagreed tasks outside the service scope.
  1. Staff Conduct & Protection
  • Customers must not solicit or hire Velto Clean staff directly outside our services.
  • Any disputes regarding service should be directed to management, not staff onsite.
  1. Data Protection
  • We collect only the personal information necessary for bookings and service delivery (e.g., name, contact details, address).
  • Your data is stored securely and used only for service-related purposes.
  • A full Privacy Policy in line with Singapore’s PDPA will be provided separately.
  1. Changes to Terms
  • Velto Clean reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time.
  • The latest version will always be available on our website.
  1. Governing Law
  • These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Singapore.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
