3. Paid Trial (for certain roles)

What You’ll Do:
- Guide and train junior cleaners.
- Handle higher-skill cleaning tasks.
- Support supervisors in ensuring standards are met.

- 2–4 years of cleaning experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate a team of cleaners onsite.
- Ensure cleaning standards, checklists, and safety protocols are followed.
- Perform and demonstrate all types of cleaning tasks.
- Dilute and handle cleaning chemicals safely.
- Operate and train others on cleaning machines (scrubbers, extractors, steamers, etc.).
- Report site progress and issues to management.
- Assist with customer requests when needed.
